Welcome to Grace Community School's Online Admissions!

Grace Community School is a Junior Kindergarten through 12th grade, co-educational, college-preparatory day school. Grace Community Classical School (GCCS) is a Kindergarten through 8th grade classical university-model school. As a school, we seek to serve Christian families through a Biblically-integrated, academically aggressive curriculum. Our Junior Kindergarten through 5th grade classes are located at 3215 Old Jacksonville Road, while grades 6-12 and GCCS are located at 3001 University Boulevard.

How to Apply

The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application.  Online applications simplify submission and provide parents a tool for tracking the status of their application.

When to Apply

Grace Community School encourages families to begin the application process as soon as possible. A non-refundable $75 application/testing fee must be submitted with each application.

Creating an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu.  This is a two step process. First time users will need to enter required information and create a username and password. Our system will send you an email asking you to verify your account by clicking the link provided. The link will take you directly to your login page. Enter your username and password, then provide the information necessary to Create A New Student Application for your child.

Classical School Applicants Please NOTE:  If you are applying for Grace Community Classical School (GCCS), you will need to select grade levels with the GCCS prefixes. These grade levels will be located at the end of the grade levels for the traditional school.

After creating your application account, you will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your child's application at any time by selecting the Student’s Name.

After your application is submitted, you will be able to print the completed application and track your progress online throughout the admissions process. To view your application status, use your username and password to access your account. You will be able to monitor when the Admissions Office has received the required supplemental materials needed to complete your application: Report Cards, Standardized Test Scores, Immunization Records, Birth Certificates and Recommendations from your church and your student's school.
